Mustela the Merchant

Mustela the Merchant and his spirit animal, Dahab the weasel, are located at the upper left of the map. Next to it is the Armory.

Equipment

Do you want better weapons and armour? The Merchant has a variety of different equipment for sale.
Weapons are classified into 2 groups: Melee and Ranged. Armour consists of 6 groups: Chest, Hands, Legs, Feet, Cape & Animal.
You can also sell off your unwanted weapons/armour but for a lower price (in Gold).
If you would like to try your luck, purchase the Mystery Box and see what you can get! It contains some of the rarest items in the game like Legendary and Unique weapons.
The Experience Boost doubles your experience points gained from quests/training your animal within an hour. It can help you to level up quickly.
You can also purchase animal armour and green cloaks from Mustela.
Common animal armour has a range of colours  (Lime, Emerald, Rusty, Rosey, Silver, Sunny, Black, Crimson, Cerulean, Orange) for you to choose from.
Green cloaks have different designs as well. However, they are not often seen in Mustela's shop.
TURF TIP: The cost of weapons and armour gradually increases as you level up. It is recommended that you earn them from Quests instead of constantly purchasing from the Merchant.

Rarities

There are 4 rarities of weapons: Common, Rare, Legendary and Unique. You can identify them by the different coloured backgrounds as shown below.
  • Common: Grey (Costs in Gold)
  • Rare: Blue (Costs in Greenheart Tokens)
  • Legendary: Purple (Costs in Greenheart Tokens) most expensive
  • Unique: Yellow (Costs in Greenheart Tokens) surprisingly least expensive

Perks & Bonuses

Perks and Bonuses improve your Hero Stats and performance in battle. The type of perk can be identified by the icon on the bottom left. The type of bonus can be identified by the icon on the bottom right.
The Copper Sword of Essix has the "Unrelenting" perk and "Critical Chance" bonus.
TURF TIP: Click on the Armory page to view the list of perks & bonuses and how they affect your Hero Stats.

Making A Wise Choice

The arrow found at the top right hand corner of the label of the equipment shows its status as compared to your current equipment.

The green upwards arrow shows that the equipment has a higher (better) status than your current equipment that you are wearing.

The yellow equal sign shows that the equipment has a same status as your current equipment that you are wearing.

The red downwards arrow shows that the equipment has a lower (worse) status than your current equipment that you are wearing.
TURF TIP: Before purchasing the equipment, hover your cursor over the equipment you're buying to compare its status with the equipment you are already wearing.
The Guantlets may have a faster speed mod, but the Gloves have greater Armor. They both have different bonuses. Nevertheless, both of them have the same status (yellow equal sign). Would you still consider buying the Gloves?

Furniture

Furniture consists of 9 types: Plants, Beds, Lamps, Banners, Rugs, Tables, Bathtubs, Portraits and Others.
All furniture are of Common raritySome of the furniture replaces the default items that you use to interact with your spirit animal. (e.g. Jeweled Brush)
You cannot interact with your furniture, neither could you sell them.
Each piece of furniture increases your Bond Points with your spirit animal, which makes up your Bond Strength (located at bottom right of the screen). The higher your Bond Points, the more your spirit animal is able to help on quests. Click on/hover over a furniture label to view its information.
